You’ll be guided to a private, calming space. You’ll change into a comfortable gown designed for steaming.

You’ll sit on a specially designed seat or stool that allows gentle herbal steam to rise upward. The warmth is soothing, never harsh. Sessions usually last 20–30 minutes, depending on your comfort.
4. Relaxation Time
