About Rebecca Edwards – The Founder of Reds Hair
With a career that spans almost 30 years, Becky has dedicated her working life to making others look great. From the age of four, Becky knew that she wanted to be a hairdresser, and she later developed a love of nails. This desire took her instantly from school to college, where she qualified as a hairdresser, manicurist, and make-up artist
She feels she is very lucky to do what she enjoys, which results in a creative and passionate service. Her clients love this, but most of all, they love that she listens to them, ensuring they leave the salon looking their best with the hairstyle/colour they wanted.
Experience is Everything
Becky’s love of hair has seen her enter competitions, which has resulted in placings in every competition that she entered. She was mentored by Caroline Brand, who has achieved several top-5 placings in the UK Goldwell Color Zoom photographic competition. In 2017, Caroline won the UK Goldwell Colour Zoom title, and will now represent the UK in a global competition.
Working across Dorset, Hampshire, Surrey, and Wiltshire, Becky has a proven record. With her talent, lovely personality, and caring nature, her clients travel from afar to utilise her services. Becky is adept in all aspects of hairdressing, specialising in creative cutting and styling, creative colouring, colour correction, wedding, and prom hair.
She has continued to learn her trade as it evolves, managing this through online blogs and YouTube tutorials from leading hairdressers. She has also attended courses for formal qualifications. These include the following:
